Our vision for the Homan Square Community Center was to create a special place that improved the quality of life for the residents of the North Lawndale neighborhood. We believe that access to high-quality social services, a modern recreation facility and educational opportunities can make a difference in people's lives.

Every hour a neighborhood child spends at the Center is an hour that they are engaged in positive activities in a safe environment where success is not only encouraged but expected.

There is a lot going on at Homan Square. We remain committed to helping community residents make the best lives possible for themselves and their families. The coming year is full of opportunities to help them on that journey.  We would be grateful if you could help support our work by making a contribution to our Annual Campaign. We won’t eliminate poverty in America, but we can increase opportunity and hope on Chicago’s West Side.
