photo - click to view the entire gallery Lawndale Christian Health Center (LCHC) is a community-based nonprofit organization, founded in 1984 and dedicated to improving the health of Chicago's Lawndale and Garfield communities. LCHC provides quality primary care services without regard for a patient's ability to pay and serves as a community resource for eliminating health disparities.

Our mission is to show and share the love of Jesus Christ to the Lawndale and Garfield Communities by providing holistic, affordable, and quality health care services.

LCHC offers a full range of primary health care services including pre-natal care for expectant mothers, regular check-ups for families and seniors, dentistry, eye care, pharmacy at three Chicago sites of service for patients:

Homan Square: 3517 W. Arthington St.
Ogden: 3860 W. Ogden Ave.
Farragut Academy: 2345 S. Christiana Ave.

At Homan Square, LCHC offers 24 exam rooms, including service for lab, x-ray, and dental.
